CELEBRITY Kardashians

Blac Chyna, to put it frankly, is one of those stars who are famous for being famous. That's not quite an insult though, because the Kardashian clan is right there with her. But now, the once-harmonious (however briefly) family is feuding over their fame, and they're taking it to court.

If you don't remember, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, got together on 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians,' and eventually stirred up enough drama and a big enough fan base around their relationship to land a spin-off E! reality show called 'Rob & Chyna.' The show only lasted one season, but Chyna believes there was a greater power behind its cancellation.

On February 3, 2020, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian, along with a jury, will hear Chyna's argument that the reality TV family “unlawfully plotted” to end 'Rob & Chyna,' PageSix reports.

While that may seem like a stretch, the court and judge appear to be working in Chyna's favor. The judge granted her motions compelling the E! network and the show's production company Bunim/Murray Productions to produce documents relating to season 2 of 'Rob & Chyna,' this as proof that it was in the works. According to a press release from Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, E! reportedly tried to argue that the documents were "trade secrets," but the court ordered the company to hand them over to her attorneys.

Bunim/Murray tried to squeeze a little cash out, about $100,000, from Chyna for its relevant documents, but the court rejected that as well.

Media personality Ryan Seacrest will also be deposed in 2019. He is the executive producer for both 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' and 'Rob & Chyna.' This is one enormous celebrity lawsuit that would, ironically, be great for reality TV.

“We are pleased that Kris, Kim, Khloé, and Kylie will have to answer our client’s detailed allegations against them at a jury trial in a Los Angeles courtroom. Blac Chyna wants everyone to know that no one is above the law, no matter how much money, power, or influence you have,” said co-counsel Lynne M. Ciani of The Bloom Firm.

Chyna had previously sued Rob and his family in 2017. The lawsuit claimed: "Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016." It goes on to say that the Kardashian-Jenner clan sought to attack her on social media and kill her hit TV show, which had already started filming its second season.

Despite the feud, Rob and Chyna have decided to postpone their other legal battle, for child support, until after the holidays. It's going to be a tense Christmas, that's for sure.
