Freelance journalist Radhika Sanghani created a social media campaign called #SideProfileSelfie. As a way to embrace all nose types, she is encouraging other women to post pictures of their side profiles that they ordinarily may shy away from.
She posted her image on Twitter, saying, "Breaking the big nose taboo with my new campaign on the #sideprofileselfie!! Let’s stop hating our noses for not being tiny, little snubs and learn to love them by sharing a #sideprofileselfie"

Sanghani told Mashable that she spent years hating her nose, but has recently decided to alter her "perceptions of beauty," and embrace self-love.
"It’s been so freeing to not hide from side profile photos anymore and to actually just like my face," Sanghani said. "So what I really want is for women to share their own #sideprofileselfie and start to celebrate their noses."
Sanghani reports that the response to the campaign has been overwhelmingly positive. Even people who have not felt brave enough to flaunt their selfies online have been messaging her sentiments of support, according to Mashable.
"I just hope that it helps some of them love their noses and show big noses can be beautiful," Sanghani said.
