MUSIC Taylor Swift
For Taylor Swift's most recent music video for the song 'Delicate,' the singer is seen dancing through a city subway barefoot. Premiering at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, the video is about Swift's feeling of invisibility within fame. From a glamorous hotel dressing room to the rain-drenched pavement, the singer-songwriter lets loose through contemporary dance and funny faces.
Even though the video was most likely shot on a professional set, not a real metro station, the internet erupted with concern over Swift's delicate feet.
One user took to Twitter to say, "I wanna give Taylor some flip flops but I guess she likes it that she's barefoot but flip flops are comfortable too honey,"

A third turned the gesture into a grander ideal, "Unnecessarily high anxiety over Taylor Swift dancing in the subway barefoot! (Subtle message here: Love makes us truly do crazy things)."
