Zooey Deschanel is bringing the tale as old as time to life once more, taking on the role of Belle in 'Beauty and the Beast Live in Concert.'

In a two-night event this May, Deschanel will join Kelsey Grammer, Taye Diggs, Rebel Wilson, and many more for a star-studded production.

"Performing 'Beauty and the Beast,' one of my favorite movies growing up, in a special concert at the legendary Hollywood Bowl is a dream come true," Deschanel said according to Morning Star. "I am looking forward to what I'm sure will be a magical event."

The live concert will take place at the Hollywood Bowl and be enhanced by moving, projected scenery and other digital performance elements. In addition to the show, the immersive family event will include a costume contest, unique photo opportunities, and other surprises.
