According to reports from Mansion Global, the mid-century-style house spans 2,950 sq ft and is complete with four bedrooms. The home has skylights, beamed ceilings, a pool, a climate-controlled wine cellar that holds 1,000 bottles, and a very elaborate security system with 11 cameras.
The pop star initially bought the Beverly Hills house in 2012 for $1.77 million. Swift never entirely moved into this location, as the house was more often used for guests from out of town and other friends.
Dean Mandile and Brooke Knapp are heading the listing, and they explained that it has been “beautifully maintained over the years,” according to Mansion Global.
Similarly, Swift recently sold a different Los Angeles residence. However this estate was reportedly an off-market deal for a cool $4 million.
