Russell Crowe starred in the epic historical thriller 'Gladiator,' which premiered in 2000. For the first time in 18 years, the actor announced he will re-watch it. What theater is fit to hold such a grand event for the Roman warrior? Only the Colosseum itself.
Crowe took to Twitter to announce the event, saying, "Tonight I’ll watch Gladiator for the first time since the year 2000... and, first time ever ,I’ll be one of 350 extremely lucky people in the Colosseum, in Rome, with a live orchestra, choir and @Lisa_Gerrard . I cant seem to remember the ending... hope it’s a happy one !"
