The iconic movie star is clearly a man of class and sophistication. With his first major paycheck, Pitt purchased a period Craftsman chair and a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired lamp, according to an interview with Architectural Digest.

Gucci Mane
The famed rapper used his first big paycheck to buy a $60,000 yellow Corvette, according to an interview with Complex Magazine. Gucci Mane said he was attracted to the bright color and even bolder car. “I feel like if it’s yellow, and it’s a sports car, it’ll attract a lot of attention,” he said. 

Kerry Washington
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the 'Scandal' star revealed that when she first started acting she would stash cash under her mattress to save it. After wrapping up production for her breakout hit 'Save the Last Dance,' Washington used her hard-earned money to buy a laptop.
