Want to try the world's best bowl of ramen? It is served at Tsuta in Tokyo, Japan, and its the only ramen restaurant to receive a prestigious Michelin star. Awarded in December 2015, the small restaurant became an overnight sensation where diners began traveling from around the globe to grab a bowl.
Every ingredient in the bowl of ramen has been handcrafted and selected explicitly for the best and most unique taste. The noodles are made from scratch daily, the chef includes a healthy portion of Iberian pork belly, the soy sauce is brewed from aged soybeans, the broth is a blend of asari clams and whole chicken stock, and black truffle oil is added as a flavor accent.
The best part of it all? Through conversion, a bowl will only cost you $8. However, they only serve 150 meals a day, and people line up around the block just hoping to get a taste. So you'd better line up early to get a bowl.
