FOOD Chocolate

Chocolate lovers beware, the following information may cause you to spontaneously quit your job to become a professional Cadbury candy and Oreo cookie taster.

Angela Castleton from Middlesborough, England, has a day job to envy. The former IT consultant now sniffs, bites, and enjoys chocolate for up to eight hours per week. "Everyone gets a bit jealous when I mention my job. What's not to like about eating chocolate for a living?" Castleton told The Sun.

To become a professional chocolate taster, Castleton had to compete against 6,000 other competitors, but her tooth proved to be the sweetest. The interview process included challenges in which she had to detect different flavors in two similar chocolates.

Though it might sound like a sugar-coated deal, Castleton's job is still hard work. At least one hour before work, she has to refrain from eating food, drinking tea or coffee, and using toothpaste. She cannot wear lipstick or perfume and has to protect her taste buds from spicy foods.

Who else is dreaming of a career in chocolate?
