1. Noni Juice
Noni is an antioxidant and an anti-fungal superfood. Take one shot of it daily, either straight-up or diluted in water.

2. Reishi Mushrooms
These mushrooms will boost your immune system by increasing your body's macrophages and T-cells. Take one teaspoon of the mushrooms in powdered form daily.

3. Pineapple
Pineapples are not only delicious, but are very high in vitamins and minerals. Eating pineapple helps to reduce the body's inflammation.

4. Aloe Vera Juice
Aloe Vera has many healing and antibacterial properties. Drinking whole leaf juice daily, on an empty stomach, can help regulate circulation.

5. Oats
Oats are complex carbohydrates that are great for reducing wrinkles and dehydrated skin.
