Ohio - Keep your cocktails to yourself in Ohio—and preferably away from the water. It is illegal to get a fish drunk. Gives a whole new meaning to someone “drinking like a fish.”

Kansas - Fluffy tails rejoice! Kansas has a law that states that rabbits can’t be shot from motorboats.

Alaska - In Anchorage, it is illegal to tie your pet dog to the roof of a car. Riding shotgun is perfectly fine.

Colorado - In Denver, the law reads that a dog catcher must notify dogs of impounding by posting a notice on a tree in the city park and along a public road for three consecutive days. This must ensure the dogs know what's coming.
