2. Go to the local pharmacy
A lot of travelers may shy away from going to the local pharmacy when on vacation, but it is there to help you! Get some flu medication—your body will thank you.
3. Plan seated activities
If you aren't feeling up for walking around your travel destination, plan a bus tour! See the sites while saving energy—it's a win, win.
4. Consume a lot of citrus fruits
Whether you are drinking hot lemon water with honey or peeling yourself a fresh orange, eating and drinking citrus fruits will put you on the road to recovery.
5. Don't get mad, get proactive!
One of the worst things you can do when you get sick on vacation is to beat yourself up about it. Rather than wallowing, improve your attitude and your health will come around as well.
