It's the end of a long run for 'Grey's Anatomy' actors and fans alike. Jessica Capshaw and Sarah Drew took to Twitter to commemorate the time spent in the hospital on their last day filming.
Capshaw, who plays pediatric surgeon Arizona Robbins, wrote, "Last drive from home to the studios this morning...TEN YEARS of commuting to reflect upon in 35 mins...wooaaahhh..."

There were rumors circulating that Capshaw and Drew were released from the show because of Ellen Pompeo's recent pay raise. Showrunner, Krista Vernoff, responded via Twitter to dismantle this theory. She wrote that the rumor “is wrong and hurtful and misguided. It smacks of an old, broken, patriarchal notion that women must be pitted against each other and that one woman’s success will be costly to others.”
Regardless of the reason, 'Grey's Anatomy' fans will miss these two staple actors in the TV drama.
