Like all of the unique competitions on 'The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon,' this dance off had a twist. Lopez had to fast dance to slow songs from the 70s, and the result is glorious. Dressed in a skin-tight red gown, Lopez threw some fast dance moves out to the mellow tune of one of the Commodors' classic songs, 'Three Times a Lady.'
Fallon, however, looked like this definitely wasn't his first fast-dance competition, as he bumped and jived to 'Babe' by Styx. The talk show host looks as if he might lose a hip if he continues to dance with such ferocity.
In the end, J-Lo was crowned victorious, but the real fast dance competition winner is everyone who sees this clip. You can check out Jimmy Fallon and Jenifer Lopez's sweet moves here.
